Our oysters are grown in the clean, cold waters of Morro Bay, where strong tidal flows create a uniquely briny and crisp flavor. Hand-farmed with care, Grassy Bar oysters have become a staple for chefs, seafood lovers, and our local community.
Our oysters start in our San Pedro hatchery just a few hours south of Morro Bay before growing out for 9+months in Morro Bay, giving them one of the smallest carbon footprints of any seafood. We take great pride in hand-cultivating and harvesting our oysters with careful attention to quality and look forward to providing the freshest and finest oysters for you!
